FOOTHILLS ACADEMY
|
Foothills Academy has consistently achieved proven results. However, our Club is focused on developing quality players and enjoying the entire experience. Results are the by-product of a quality, energetic and positive program and not the objective.
Our club continues to strive for excellence at all levels and believes in the mandate of being the 'best that you can possibly be' in every environment, whether that be within our U6 and U8 grassroots program up to our U18 Tier 1 level teams and everything that lies in between.
We promote the game to be played in a creative manner with age and ability specific training that continually adjusts to meet the requirements of each player as they advance through our development pathway.

Leon Hapgood is the Club assistant technical director. Leon is a UEFA B certified coach who most recently was an Academy director from my time at Torquay Utd., a professional Club in England. Leon is a former professional player who played more than one-hundred games in the English League with clubs such as Torquay, Yeovil Town, and Plymouth Argyle.
"We strive to make our Academy a top development experience from the moment the player arrives to the minute they leave the pitch. Often we have guest coaches from other professional clubs as part of our continued link from England that is growing all the time and our players quickly learn that they already have a top European quality experience within Foothills"
