The Club would like to thank all for attending the inaugural Club BBQ held yesterday at EP Scarlett High School. We hope you had fun and shared in the over 700 hot dogs served.

Special thanks to Sobeys and Rob Tostowaryk who helped organize, cater and provided all food for the event - free to our members.

Thank you to Ayesha Marson for the exceptional effort in providing us a venue, facilities, organizing and cleaning up after we were done - outstanding.

To our dunk tank volunteers - Tommy Jr, Leon, Danny Hay, Greg Clarke, Brent Fisher, Sean Keith, Mike Sell - well done.


And finally to Janet Shostak our Director of Marketing who made this all happen.

FOOTHILLS COLTS 2008 BMO NATIONAL CLUB CHAMPIONS UPDATED December 13, 2008

Congratulations Foothills Colts GU18 BMO National Club Champions.

Our Calgary Foothills Colts won gold at the Girls Under 18 BMO National Club Championships. This amazing group of young ladies completed their quest for back to back national championships in two different age groups after winning the Girls U16 Club Championship in 2007. In achieving this unprecedented achievement the Colts did not allow a goal in 5 games outscoring their opposition 23 to 0 goals. Well done players, coaches Kennedy, Hamilton, Wheeldon Jr. and Hapgood, manager Wes Oddan and the proud parents of this extraordinary group. You are the pride of Foothills and an inspiration to our club and its members.
